The staff were super friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had good options for my family, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay with nice amenities.

Riad helped us find a working bed, but my car got stolen from the lot.

during my stay, I loved that I was just a short walk from Riverain Park, making it a perfect spot for enjoying some green space, and explored downtown where I found amazing eateries like Crepe Delicious nearby that satisfied my cravings after a long day of wandering.

Ope, the beds were clean and comfy, but the shower barely drained and I waited a bit too long for the elevators. Staff was friendly, though—ya betcha! The pool area was a nice touch after a long day. Just wish the fridge had a freezer. All in all, it was alright, but could use some sprucing up!

the staff was a bit overwhelmed at check-in (it took forever! ). but once inside, the room was spacious with everything needed. breakfast buffet was really good! ! and the location was perfect, just 15 min drive from attractions.

Family with children recommendation

The location was pretty convenient, I could walk to a nearby mall and grabbed a coffee while my family took a rest in the spacious room. On the second night, my kids really enjoyed the pool area, even though I didn’t get in myself I'd say it had a decent vibe.

It wasn't cheap , but fine for the convenience and the facilities got the job done.

Stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds. The beds were super comfy, made for a solid night's sleep. The shower drained slowly, and only having one bar of soap to share was a bit annoying. Otherwise, it had what we needed for a family stay.

Had a great time with friends! The pool was relaxing, and the location was super convenient. We visited the nearby shopping center and a lovely café for breakfast. Also, kids 12 and under can eat free, which was a nice perk. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The only downside was the room wasn't available until two hours after check-in, which caused some inconvenience as we were eager to settle in after our travels.

Just a fine choice for a city escape in Ottawa with excellent value for money. The breakfast was surprisingly good and had a great variety for a buffet. Make sure to check the pool area early to avoid crowding.

It's a shame the commitment to environmental sustainability is lacking!!! Also, the noise level from other guests was quite bothersome, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay. Lastly, the pool size could definitely use some improvement for families!!!
